We did our original 30-year jumbo with Bryan as a first time buyer–it was flawless, so it was a no-brainer to come back a couple years later for a re-fi. You can simply tell that he knows the business backward and forward. He explains all the options, all the caveats, and makes it easy at the same time. Staff if excellent, too.

Bryan and team were outstanding in helping us refinance our home. They provided several options for us, along with pros and cons of each. The loan closed on time with lower rates and fees than we thought we could get. They came to our home after business hours to close the loan. The service and personal attention Bryan and team provided made us feel like a partner not a customer.

Exceptional Service

We used Bryan for our home purchase in 2008 and went back to him to refinance our home in 2012 when rates had dropped. On our purchase, Bryan not only closed on the date he promised but also offered advise during the negotiation process on the purchase when the seller was being difficult to negotiate with. On the refinance, we gave Bryan a target rate we wanted and he monitored the rates and called us when the target was reached. Within just over 2 weeks we closed on the refinance. We are currently in the market for a new home. We have a realtor but we also have been communicating with Bryan to explore financing options as we start our house hunt.
