Trying to obtain financing from a different state and in a different time zone has the potential to be a horrible process, but the team at Primary Residential Mortgage made it easy. Bryan and his team communicate well and consistently, and we knew we made the right choice when I sent an urgent email to Bryan at 10 p.m. pacific time/12 a.m. central time and received a response back at 10:05 p.m. pacific time/12:05 a.m. central time. Now that shows commitment!
