The cash transaction on the sale of our home only took 11 days from accepting the offer to the date of closing. The transaction on the purchase of the new house was easy and quick. We locked a rate in, at no cost, about 60 days ago. They did a great job keeping us informed on a weekly basis on every aspect of the transaction.

The main thing that I was frustrated with was the lack of information I got on the mortgage options/process. I really feel like I should have been given the "Home Loan Toolkit" at the very beginning of the process instead of near the middle after we had already started the loan application. This would have explained a whole lot on what types of mortgages there were, what the process was, the timeline for the application, etc.

They where very clear and could under stand the process went very smooth. No issues Thank you Bryan very professional

Unprofessional

I contacted Bryan, and he told me to submit an application online through his portal. I submitted ALL of my important documents. After which he never contacted me again. I emailed and called with no response. If he didn't want work with me, he should not have wasted my time. I had to start the process over with someone who approved me in less than a week from the initial contact!

The patience from every staff member that I delt with was unbelievable. The staff was professional, kind and caring. They were prompt in answering my questions and kept me informed through the entire process of securing my loan. They were willing to go the extra mile to see that all my needs were met. I cannot say enough about this team. I will definitely recommend this firm to all my friends. The ladies were wonderful.
